My wife and I, though married almost 27 years and moving every 4 or so years (military), have only purchased one house in our entire marriage and we did not fair well with the condition of the house once we purchased it so needless to say we didn’t have the greatest experience or confidence in the inspection process. Luckily this time I found (real estate agents) who have really gone the extra mile for me and assisted me in choosing you. I will take the time to read the report and will definitely contact you if I have any questions, concerns, or comments.
