FOUNDATIONS
There are no perfect foundations. Whether you have a new home or one that's a hundred years old, foundations will have cracks. Foundations will shift position within the first few years after construction and the cracks which result from this shifting are usually no big deal.

However, other types of cracking may develop over time which ARE of more significance. Such cracking may indicate on-going movement which needs correction.

Inspectech has the experience needed to give you "peace of mind" when it comes to foundation cracks.

FURNACES

Gas-fired appliances such as furnaces must always be checked carefully. Dangerous carbon-monoxide gases can escape such equipment and find their way into the home, creating a life-safety hazard for occupants. Such equipment must be carefully inspected.

Inspectech uses a meter specifically designed to measure carbon-monoxide gases to identify un-safe equipment.
